CASH into the envelope provided at the shed - No EFTPOS available
What is the firewood situation?
You will need to bring wood in with you
Are Dogs allowed?
Yes very welcome but they must be on a lead at all times and droppings cleaned up
Are there any fish to catch in the creek?
You may be lucky enough to catch Yellow-Belly or Catfish
Can you go Cray-fishing for Yabbies?
Yes but we encourage 'catch-and-release' so others can have a little fun as well
Are Generators allowed?
No. Generators are not allowed to be used
Is there a camp kitchen?
No but there are free gas BBQs and a sink to wash you dishes
Is trail-bike riding allowed?
NO - so as not to disturbe other campers or the wildlife
Do you need to book?
Yes you will need to contact the Camping Ground before entry
Will I need to pay a Deposit?
Only to reserve a Powered Site - Not for an Un-powered site
Do you have Showers?
Yes instant Hot gas showers
How long can I stay?
you can stay for a maximum of 7 nights
Can I come out to just have a look?
No, this is no longer allowed for security and safety reasons
What is access like in wet weather?
The Main Area is usually accessable but the Wilderness Area may be closed
Is there somewhere to swim?
The creek has several 'water holes' but caution must be exercised
Is it worth bringing my kayak?
Not really. The creek is narrow and has many sand-bars
Is there a Dump Point?
No. The closest is at Dubbo Showground and Taronga Western Plains Zoo
